Shipping policy

Processing Time: 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: 

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days, this does not count the processing time. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped with a tracking number. Tracking number is active within 24 hours, once dropped off at shipping facility.

Damages: 

Creations By Lnzy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
